The Problem
Sign-ups, waivers, and emergency contacts were being collected ad hoc with no reliable roster. The platform captures registrations in one place and enforces access to that personal data at the database layer rather than in the frontend.
The Solution
Marketing site and registration system for The Open Court — men's basketball runs and wellness pathways in Dallas. Public event pages drive sign-ups, while an authenticated admin dashboard gives the organizer roster visibility and registration insights.
The Outcome
Seven pages, the registration system, admin dashboard, and insights screen delivered. Image payload cut from 4.1MB to roughly 520KB and the app shell to under 100KB compressed; the app installs to the home screen and every page works offline.
