Arrive

Delivery Tracking Across Every Store and Carrier

RoleSole engineer — architecture, the tracking pipeline, the data and security model, and the interface.

The Problem

Package tracking is scattered across carrier sites, retailer emails and apps that invent delivery dates to look helpful. Arrive consolidates them and refuses to guess: no invented ETAs, no fabricated carrier events, and a manual status is recorded as something you set rather than something a carrier reported.

The Solution

A personal delivery-tracking app that answers one question: what’s coming, when should it arrive, and does anything need me? Shipments from every store and carrier land in one inbox grouped by urgency, kept current by a server-side tracking worker.

Features

  • Inbox grouped by what matters — Needs attention, Arriving today, Arriving soon, On the way, Awaiting an estimate — with each shipment in exactly one group
  • Add by tracking number, tracking link, or a pasted shipping email, parsed locally with carriers offered as candidates you confirm
  • Server-side 17TRACK worker with verified webhooks, scheduled re-checks, and plain-language states when a carrier needs a postal code
  • Passwordless email sign-in via Supabase Auth, with every row owner-scoped behind row-level security
  • Foldable-aware layout: phone layout on the cover screen, list and detail side by side when unfolded, split at the hinge when the browser reports one
  • Installable PWA with an offline shell, a per-account snapshot that shows its age, and an update prompt that never discards a half-filled form
  • Credential-free demo in its own namespace that can never mix with a real account
  • JSON export and permanent account deletion
